The standardization of procedures is an essential part of keeping work processes efficient. Standard templates are the core elements in quality management that ensure the work is done ‘without omission and without duplication' at all times. They also serve as guidelines when working with other members of staff, other departments or outsourcing firms by eliminating redundant processes and preventing potential defects.
By following correct procedures and processes, consistent quality levels can be guaranteed, unwarranted cost factors can be eradicated, and, especially, delays in production time can be avoided.

Drawing from the trials and errors over the past about 20 years, Saltlux plans, executes, and evaluates its projects according to the most efficient and effective process flow and standard templates.
