Scope of Work: production/client revision of cover/page layouts, finalizing of TI/UI file formats, and finalizing of fonts and placements

Write manual/technical documentation from the user's point of view according to the contents and style guide.
Write queries to provide feedback with questions to developers/engineers.
Apply revision/correction through technical/linguistic reviewing by the internal team or client.

Select translator groups based on use of CAT Tools, translation qualifications and translation experiences in the related field.
Select the required number of translators by conducting sample tests.
Provide translators with training on the actual product and with related terminology and reference resources.

Check for accuracy and appropriateness of translation.
Use the Saltlux project management system to evaluate translation quality by comparing with the source sentences and to generate necessary feedback.
Evaluate use of terminology and reference resources. Make necessary corrections to the translation.

Revision of grammar, omissions, typing mistakes, expression ambiguity and logics by native speakers of respective languages.
Further language revision and correction by the local proofreaders and quality team.

Use the system/software specified at the kick-off meeting to create layouts, styles, figures and edit the work.
Reviewing of the cover/page drafts by the internal team or client. Apply layout to the contents.
CD-ROM production, film output, or digital/paper printing as required by the project

Final delivery with issue of tax invoice for the client.
Includes issue of certificate of quality for large-scale projects and client satisfaction survey for new clients.

Consolidation of the translation memory database after completing projects for long-term clients or after completing large-scale projects.
Use of the database in future projects reduces costs, maintains consistency and facilitates assurance of quality.
