Saltlux uses the Saltlux project management system, which is based on the ISO quality system, and performs all processes online. Upon the client's request, we issue non-disclosure agreements (NDA) prior to receiving the source files as a measure to protect the client's intellectual properties.
We pursue Six Sigma standards by issuing service level agreements ( SLA ) and scope of work (SOW) agreements and thus assuring the clients of reliability for their projects and informing the project team of the accurate process guidelines, timelines and quality requirements. We also issue certificate of quality for large-scale projects at delivery to further ensure customer satisfaction.
